Must be able to carry out patient care plan activities
Must be a caring, patient, and compassionate caregiver

Patient Home
Valid HHA (Home Health Aide) or PCA (Personal Care Assistant certificate
Up-to-date physical and medical information (within the lasr 12 months)
Assist cleints with personal care, including dressing, mobility, medication reminders, personal hygeiene, and eating
Document and report any changes in client’s health status
Ensure highest client safety and well-being
Driving preferred but not a must
