Caring Gene® Works leverages HWL’s Vendor Management System (VMS) and proprietary market data which interfaces with external sourcing platforms to advertise highly competitive pay packages that come at a bill rate 10-20% lower than traditional agencies. HWL’s VMS, along with their dedicated account management team, will manage candidate applications, intake, screening, onboarding, credentialing, and compliance. HWL will also coordinate onboarding with our payroll partner and provide consolidated invoicing and real time reporting on utilization and savings.
