Are you a dedicated Certified Home Health Aide looking for a flexible role that makes a real difference? Northwell Health At Home is seeking experienced Home Health Aides to fill our Staff Aide positions in New York City. As a staff aide, you will be servicing from 2 – 5 clients a day, the main responsibility As part of our team, you’ll provide exceptional, innovative care directly to our patients in their homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate care to 2-4 clients daily
- Travel to various locations within your assigned county
- Be available for on-call shifts as needed
- Operate patient care equipment, including Hoyer lifts
As a staff aide with Northwell Health At Home you will be required to:
- be available to be assigned daily to multiple short hour cases that may be difficult to reach by public transportation.
- be available for work Sunday thru Saturday. Staff Aides hours of work vary depending on the needs of the health system and are subject to change.
- travel to every area of the county they were hired in without any restrictions.
- be reimbursed for mileage, travel time and public transportation for traveling in between cases only.

Patient Home
Job Requirements
- Valid NYS Home Health Aide Certification
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Certified Home Health Aide
- Current driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Availability to work Sunday through Saturday with variable hours
