Our highly-rated healthcare team seeks Certified Nursing Assistants for all shifts. At our skilled nursing residence in Oswego, the CNA helps to fulfill the care requirements of our residents. Our CNA’s consistently provide the utmost in competent, quality care and safety to all our residents. We offer two salary and compensation packages for new hires – A traditional compensation and benefits package with generous salary, paid time off and health insurance, including a $1,400 “sign-on” bonus.
NEW – our CNA Essential Wage Rate – We provide an elevated hourly rate for those who are not interested in paid time off, holidays or health insurance, including a $1,400 “sign-on” bonus. All of your compensation is in your paycheck.
If you are not currently a Certified Nursing Assistant, we offer a comprehensive training program that will get you the required certification and you are still eligible for either of our generous benefit packages, you decide.
We will personalize your compensation package based on what shift you decide to work. You can earn up to $30,000 annually!
