As a Home Care Field Marketer you will be responsible for building relationships, receiving referrals and promoting our home health care agency with Hospitals, Nursing Home community organizations and physician practices throughout the metropolitan area includinf Nassau County, with exisiting referral sources and help grow and develop multiple locations
Patient Home
Identify patients that are eligible for the home care services we can provide
Visit with physicians, discharge planners and other health care providers regarding services, contracts, and communication with our program
Develop and build professional relationships with potential referral sources
Close sales with families and maintain ongoing follow up relationships with families and referral sources
Developing and executing a marketing plan to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual growth targets
Function independently with strong work ethics, great communication skills, punctual, dedicated, and detail oriented
Discen cultural differences and needs
