What will I do?

  • Assist in providing general support functions in the Human Resources Department with specific focus on the hiring and pre-employment processing of staff.
  • Prepare/assemble all new hire paperwork for onboarding new employees (Ex: I-9 forms, photocopies of 2 forms of ID, CHRC Form 102 & 103, etc.).
  • Process all new hires through pre-employment paperwork.
  • Assemble personnel files for each employee.
  • Coordinate the General Orientation material and keep the books updated.
  • Stay in contact daily with the Recruitment Center.
  • Assist Hiring Managers with hiring process as needed.
  • Submit requisitions for open positions through Recruit-Pro and with Recruitment partner.
  • Update and post job openings.
  • Contact cleared applicants to attend a General Orientation.

Job Requirements

Human Resources Recruitment Specialist Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • A minimum of two years’ experience in a business setting, Human Resources or prior recruitment experience, preferred.
  • Must have Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel experience.
  • DocuSign experience, preferred.
  • Experience in a health care setting, preferred.
