This is an On-Call position, responsible for agency scheduling and compliance from 4:30pm Friday through 8:30am Monday, as well as 4:30pm through 8:30am Mon-Thurs overnights, every other week. Some holidays as required. Responsibilities involve carrying a company cell phone, laptop and affiliated paper schedules and information. Cell phone calls are answered live and scheduling problems, employee or client issues are resolved. This position has the support of an On-Call RN at all times. Position also requires candidate to come into the office to pick up and drop off equipment each week, as well as for scheduled staff meetings.

Company History
Mr. Brian Botshon, the company president, founded Attentive Care in New York in 1977. The original location of operations was in Hicksville on Long Island and later expanded operations to Deer Park and Queens.
In 1980, Mr. Botshon expanded operations and established an Attentive Care branch that would operate out of Albany and serve the Capital Region in upstate New York. The company became a licensed home health care service agency when licensure regulations were passed by the New York State Department of Health.
Mr. Botshon served on the local chapter of the New York State Association of Health Care Providers during the time regulations were being promulgated. He and others in the association were involved in the development and implementation of the licensure regulations to the benefit of all users of home health care services in the state.
In 1990, Attentive Care expanded into institutional medical staffing services providing services to most area hospitals and institutions throughout the Capital Region. Today, all locations are led by Mr. Botshon.
Since our inception more than 40 years ago, Attentive Care has employed thousands of people, provided health care for thousands of patients, and provided supplemental staffing services to hundreds of client companies. Today, we look forward to serving you.
