The Staff Nurse is responsible for promoting the delivery and coordinated comprehensive care to patient, through the activites of assessment, planning and providing direct nursing care within the policies and standards of the Agency.
Patient Home
BCC degree in nursing or health related field and/or Masters degree
Registred Nurse with a current license to practice nursing in New York State At least two years of staff experience in a CHHA/LTHHCP
Making planned home visits to patients to assess, evsluate and provide direct nursing care

FCCS provides the following services:
Nursing, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Medical Social Worker, Nutritionist, Home Health Aide, Personal Care Aide, Durable Medical Equipment and Wound Care Management.
